Issue with the management network

Hi,

i have a question about the management network and the restart process of it. I have a cluster with a few esxi 5 upd hosts, all running the same version. I have created a vSwithch and assigned 2 physical nics to create a team and created on this team 2 virtual networks, one for management and one for vMotion. Each virtual network is using its own nic from the team, the other one is used for fail over, if you understand what i mean.   The thing is that on one of them i have lost the management network connection, or at least it was in a state of NOT RESPONDING. So i have tried to restart the management network on the host. But it never came up. It shows disconnected now. I have read on some forum that in order to restart the management network that network should be dedicated only for management purposes. In other words i have to break the team and assign different vSwitches, one for management and one for vMotion. Is this true?

I would like to know, if the host shows as NOT RESPONDING, how could i have it connected again? Keep in mind that the RESTART MANAGEMENT NETWORK will not work. Is there any other way?

Best regards.
