Problem "The virtual machine is unable to reserve memory"

I've red on many forums about this problem, but it seems every single user has different problem attached to it so is the solution.

First of all, my PC spec:
MBO - Gigabyte Z77MX-D3H

CPU - Intel i5-3330

RAM - g.skill 4x4GB 1600MHz

GPU - MSI GTX660

SSD - OCZ Agility3 120GB (system)

HDD - Hitachi 160GB SATA2 & WD 500GB SATA2 (storage)

My problem is following:
When running VM I randomly get this message:

Capture111.PNGhttp://imageshack.us/a/img404/333/13g.png[/IMG]

As you can see I don't have many options and I just decide to click "Retry", after which I get following message:

Capture112.PNG

Nothing happens and my VMware shuts down and when I want to restart it it's not letting me until I restart my whole system, but (luckily) I found solution to that and that's not my problem anymore. Before that I was mad angry on those pop-up messages and the fact I need to restart whole system, now I am only mad on problem that keeps randomly crash my VM. Sometimes VM can work for hours and not even crash, sometimes I have to restart it few times in 1h.

I wanna know if there is any solution to prevent my VM of crashing like that?

VM OS - Windows XP SP3

Memory - 2,5GB RAM

Cores - 2

Storage - 20GB

Thank you!
